Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Controls Engineer to join our team and help maintain, develop, and improve our automated systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of controls engineering tools, such as PLC, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Beckhoff, Siemens, Factory Talk, RS View, WinCC, Wonderware, HMI, ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Robots, Robotics, AutoCAD electrical, Inventor, SolidWorks, and Solid Edge. Additionally, experience with Archestra is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software components.
Integrate and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and robotic systems.
Develop and modify PLC programs and HMI software as needed.
Develop electrical schematics and design panels.
Install, configure, and debug automated equipment.
Provide technical support and training for controls and robotics.
Update and maintain documentation of automated systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in controls engineering, robotics, or a related field.
Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and robotic systems.
Experience with Archestra, Allen Bradley, Modicon, Beckhoff, Siemens, Factory Talk, RS View, WinCC, Wonderware, ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Robots, Robotics, AutoCAD electrical, Inventor, SolidWorks, and Solid Edge.
Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
