Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to lead our SEC reporting and financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file all required SEC reports, including annual and quarterly filings
Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with senior management to drive financial results
Oversee the internal controls process and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
Partner with the FP&A team to analyze financial results and make recommendations for improvement
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team and ensure professional development
Manage relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of experience in finance or accounting
Experience in SEC reporting and compliance
Knowledge of GAAP and SOX regulations
CPA certification (Nice to have)
Experience in healthcare finance and reporting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in budgeting and financial planning
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
