Job Title: Contract Analyst

We are an oilfield services company providing inflatable and swellable packers as well as downhole products and services to the oil & gas industry. Due to fast growth, our team in Houston is looking for a Risk Analyst to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Review and coordinate customer bids and tenders, ensuring compliance with OFAC and Corporate policies.
Review and coordinate all customer purchase orders against approved contractual terms and governing corporate policies
Review, coordinate and monitor customer and vendor contracts
Support the Global Risk Manager with any special project needs
Review, coordinate and support administration of customer bids, tenders, quotes and call-off requests for compliance with OFAC, corporate policies and business best practices
Plan, participate and produce minutes at weekly Operations Meeting at the beginning of each week with advance review and/or approval by the Global Risk Manager
Assist regional business units and staff understand and follow contractual, compliance, quoting and order-taking best practices and corporate policies to reduce undue risk exposure
Must Have Skills:
1+ years of experience in Risk Analysis
Experience in contractual review/redlines/negotiations
Experience reviewing, coordinating and monitoring of customer and vendor contracts
Experience and familiarity of OFAC - The Office of Foreign Assets Control
Ability to work under a minimum of supervision
