Construction Project Manager - Richmond
Salary: $125,000 - $140,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction and multifamily projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and other scheduling software.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare and review project submittals and documentation using Bluebeam.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within commercial and multifamily construction.
- Proficiency in project management tools including Bluebeam and Primavera.
- Strong understanding of scheduling and submittal processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and other relevant software.
