Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: Mobile, AL

Compensation: up to $130,000/year DOE

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, and completion of commercial projects. This position requires frequent travel to different project sites and requires excellent management, planning, and communication skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, timelines, and for bidding out sub-contractors. This individual should have a solid understanding of construction, retail, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling, budgeting and completion of all commercial projects
Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
Prepare construction bids and select and manage qualified subcontractors
Ensure that all projects are completed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure that worksites are safe and that all projects adhere to established designs and specifications
Conduct regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to review progress and provide updates on project timelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience managing construction, retail, and commercial projects
Demonstrated experience in budgeting and timeline management
Strong understanding of construction, retail, and commercial projects
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Ability to travel to different project sites
