Construction Manager
Position Overview
The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to foster positive client relationships while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-construction planning and oversee procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety management protocols throughout the project.
- Review building plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members and trade contractors.
- Facilitate team collaboration and communication across all project phases.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with luxury home construction and single-family residential projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in contract management and safety compliance standards.
- Technical expertise in building plans, specifications, and construction oversight.
