Position Overview:

The Commercial Sales position is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the development and management of commercial accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and will be able to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new commercial business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Manage existing commercial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to develop sales strategies and promotions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, and provide regular market feedback to the company
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
