Project Manager Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager who will ensure that our commercial painting projects are completed to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our painting projects from estimating to completion. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop project plans and manage the execution of the projects.
Coordinate resources needed to complete projects.
Provide accurate estimates for residential and commercial painting projects.
Maintain accurate records of all projects.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.
Ensure that projects are completed within the specified budget and timeline.
Track and report project progress to senior management.

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in the commercial painting industry.
Skilled in commercial paint and coatings applications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software.
Strong estimating skills.
