Position Overview: The Indianapolis Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial painting projects, from initial estimation to final completion. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to accurately estimate project costs and drive sales. Experience in maintenance painting and re-painting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial painting projects in the Indianapolis area
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates for project costs
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions
• Create and manage project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise and coordinate a team of painters and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales and secure new projects
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve project outcomes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in the commercial painting industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial painting techniques and materials
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proven track record of accurately estimating project costs and meeting budget targets
• Experience with maintenance painting and re-painting projects is preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills to secure new projects and maintain client relationships
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in the painting industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
