Commercial Paint PM/Estimator in Atlanta - Project Manager

Position Overview: The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing the commercial painting and coatings projects, providing accurate estimates for new projects, and overseeing the daily operations of the related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for commercial painting and coatings projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement safety protocols on the job sites to ensure all safety standards are met.
• Manage the entire project life-cycle, from start-up to completion.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide accurate progress reports to the client.
• Ensure proper materials and supplies are ordered and used.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Hire and train staff to ensure proper implementation of protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating, with a focus on commercial painting and coatings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
