Estimator - Idaho

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Idaho. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing plans, technical specifications, and proposal documents to prepare precise estimates for various types of painting and coating projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial painting and coatings, construction estimating, and construction painting.

Position Overview:

Review plans, technical specifications, and proposal documents to thoroughly review customer needs and requirements
Prepare estimates for painting and coating projects using appropriate software
Evaluate bid requirements and create estimates that meet customer requirements
Manage estimates throughout the duration of projects to ensure accuracy
Consult with stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates
Facilitate and manage communications between customers, vendors, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in estimating and construction
Strong understanding of commercial painting and coatings
Proficient with construction estimating software
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

Benefits

Salary: $80k-$115k DOE
