Commercial Construction Project Manager -Industrial Groundup/TI

We are looking for an Experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager OR Project Engineer (with at least 5+ years in Commercial Construction Groundup/Industrial Tilt), to manage the full life cycle of projects for a highly reputable, long-established Commercial Construction General Contractor in Phoenix. 

We are looking for Commercial Construction Project Managers out of GC's with a strong track record of good tenure (MUST have at least 2-3++ Years PER prior company, or More, on Average). Tenure is very important to us, so please only apply if your resume can demonstrate strong tenure, thank you! 

Also, for this position, at this time - we are currently ONLY seeking applicants and candidates with direct GC (general contractor) experience (ie. if you are an owner's rep, please do not apply as we are only seeking candidates directly out of GC's - thank you!) Please apply if you have direct GC experience, specifically with Groundup and/or TI experience - and most especially, including, Industrial and/or light rail project experience. Industrial experience a must! 

Lastly, candidates MUST be local with local experience building in the Phoenix market. As strong relationships with Subcontractors in the local market, is Very important to us!

 This experienced professional will be in charge of leading teams to develop project plans and manage the construction of various projects such as warehouses, power plants, factories, light rail systems, and other commercial construction industrial groundup/TI projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and leadership skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring quality, safety, and budget are met.

Position Overview: The Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for supervising the full life cycle of construction projects, including managing budget and timelines, assembling and leading teams, developing and enforcing safety guidelines, and maintaining quality standards. The manager will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and make sure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Plan and develop construction project plans that are achievable, cost-effective, and meet safety guidelines.
• Assemble and supervise project teams.
• Maintain budget restraints and ensure that all projects are completed within allotted resources.
• Create and enforce safety guidelines for construction projects.
• Evaluate and review project progress and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear communication and leadership to project teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial and/or Commercial Construction
• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager OR Project Engineer
• 5+ years of experience in *Industrial and/or Commercial Construction* at an **established/reputable GC (General Contractor)**A MUST.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial and/or Commercial Construction Groundup and/or TI Experience.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
