Client Manager - Public Works (Water Resources, Civil Engineering)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager specializing in Public Works with a focus on Water Resources and Civil Engineering. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and supporting the growth of our public works portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships within the public works sector.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for water resource and civil engineering projects.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns.
Identify opportunities for business development within existing client accounts.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing our capabilities and expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on public works projects.
Strong understanding of water resource management and stormwater systems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in utility and land development projects is a plus.
