What You Need For This Position

BS + MBA + CPA (or related / CMA etc)
10+ years of experience as a VP or CFO for $50M+ revenue companies within Construction industry
10+ years of experience with % completion for recognizing revenue
10+ years of experience in key Financial, Accounting, FP&A and or leadership level role
5+ years of experience with Software: Aspire, B2W, and Foundation
Must have solid experience with 1-3 year budgets
Must have Strong experience integrating KPIs based on reporting job successes
Strong Experience with Overhead recovery

What you will be doing:

Being a key leader and strategic mind for direction of the company going forward
Oversee 3 people (controller AR AP)
Working with Dept managers on Financial Statements
Calculating an Forecasting EBITDA
Creating Calcs for pricing projects
