We are a multi-dimensional civil engineering and surveying firm that offers a wide variety of services including land surveying, civil / site engineering, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, drilling, & construction services in-house. Here we pride ourselves with in-house engineering experts that collaborate in a design team to specifically look for value engineering opportunities.

Position Overview: The role of the CAD Designer is to be able to work in a team environment alongside our clients and team members, from project inception to final delivery, to provide the confidence they need in a quality site design for their development. CAD drafting and site design is an integral part of the overall project development, and this position will be a key part of the design team. Design, planning and graphics review, and quality control are vital to every project we deliver. Projects you'll be assigned to include (but not limited to) residential communities (single-family, multifamily, senior living) as well as commercial (retail, corporate, industrial, institutional). Each of our projects are unique.

Qualification and Requirements:

At least three (3) years of relevant experience in site development projects
AutoCAD Civil 3D experience/proficiency is required
High School diploma or equivalent

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Ability to perform drafting and design tasks related to commercial and residential site design
Proficiency in grading, drainage and sanitary calculation and design
Great attitude and work ethic is a must to be a part of our team
Ability to work well in a small team setting
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Willingness to be flexible and contribute when and where needed
Other duties may be assigned to meet team or business needs
