This role is remote but will need to be located in LA/OC.
We are looking for a Senior Treatment Representative is responsible for the following:
Sourcing and routing treatment leads to admission center
Sourcing other business opportunities
Development and execution of overall marketing and business strategy for the firm
Entering Data into CRM
Closing Calls and facilitation of admissions, as needed
Communication with Call Center director to determine best fit for client
Logistics support, planning, and coordination
Completion of prescreening and assessment, as appropriate
Participation in trainings
Spending time at Call Center participating in team planning and review, occasionally
In person business development
Following up on leads, alumni coordination, other admissions duties as needed
Identification of new markets, implementation and setup in new markets
Operational duties and management, as needed, typically in new markets at new programs
Creation and implementation of alumni follow up plan, at home care including telehealth
Participation in management of discharge planning
