The Billing & AR Specialist will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and billing process for the company. The position will also involve financial analysis, customer service, auditing, and customer facing to insurance clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of excel, excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Position Overview:
The Billing & AR Specialist is responsible for accurately maintaining billing information in the accounting system, ensuring that customers are billed in a timely and accurate manner. This includes maintaining customer accounts, reconciling accounts, and researching and resolving discrepancies. The Billing & AR Specialist will also be responsible for providing financial analysis and developing reports to management.
