Location: Portland, OR (Flexible Work Hours)
Salary: $110k-$150k DOE + Performance Bonuses

Our approximately 30-person team operates in a collaborative and business-casual environment out of our custom-built suburban office. Our services range from audit and accounting to tax and business advisory. The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing leadership role where you will oversee audits for a diverse client base, including small businesses, non-profits, and large organizations across various industries. You will manage audit engagements from start to finish, providing high-quality service, mentoring staff, and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit engagements, from planning and execution to reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards
• Supervise and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing on-the-job training and performance feedback
• Review financial statements, audit workpapers, and reports for accuracy and adherence to GAAP
• Communicate audit findings and provide actionable recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with partners and staff to improve audit processes and client service delivery
• Participate in business development activities, identifying opportunities to expand services for existing clients and attract new clients

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license
• 5-7+ years of audit experience in public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP, audit methodologies, and financial reporting requirements
• Experience managing audit teams and handling multiple engagements
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in audit software and accounting technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients in the Pacific Northwest
• Previous work with non-profits, real estate, or small business clients
