- Lead client engagement meetings to determine timelines and goals of an audit
- Research business trends to solve client's solutions
- Review final financial analysis upon completion of fieldwork to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures
- Assist with the training of new or less experienced staff members
- Network, build relationships and attract new clients or business to the Firm
- Attend training seminars, professional development, and networking events
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting audit work
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- CPA license preferred
- Experience working on non-profit audits preferred
- Experience with Single Audit
- Supervising experience preferred
