Medical Malpractice Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an Attorney with 2+ years of Med Mal practice at some point in their legal career to provide legal representation to our clients in medical malpractice cases.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and gather evidence to support our clients cases
Represent clients in court proceedings, including filing and responding to motions, attending hearings, and conducting trials
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel as needed
Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build a strong case strategy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
Stay current on developments in medical malpractice law and related fields

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an attorney with at least 2 years of experience in medical malpractice
Experience with medical terminology and medical records
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practice law in OK
