- Handle a strong workload of cases from initial intake through settlement or trial
- Work on complex auto injury cases
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 2+ years of experience working on Personal Injury Cases
- 3+ Years of Experience as an Attorney
- J.D. Degree or Esquire
- Bar Certified: WI (or 5+ years practicing)
