We are a leading Aviation company looking for a Team Lead to join and manage our growing team. You will lead a top level team of Technicians at a growing OEM repair facility with fantastic training and growth opportunity!
**We will relocate the right candidate to beautiful Reno, NV!!
Our Team Lead will work in conjunction with the Maintenance Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector to execute work scope and communicate directives to a team of technicians to assure that tasks are performed on time, on budget, and within compliance of 14 CFR 145 guidelines. You will support team growth and development by identifying training needs and overseeing the completion of those programs.
3+ years;
- Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Manager, or Crew Chief
- A&P certification
- Airframe Powerplant License
- Corporate Aircraft; Challenger, Lear, Dassault, etc..
- ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, etc...
- understanding of CFR Part 145.211
- Competitive Compensation package
