Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Design & Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and production of innovative technical solutions within the defense, space, wireless communications, medical and high-performance instrumentation sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful design, assembly, and quality assurance of new products while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement design requirements for new products in defense, space, wireless communications, medical and high-performance instrumentation sectors.
Manage the manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Create and interpret technical drawings and specifications for product assembly and testing.
Conduct verification and validation of products to ensure they meet design and performance criteria.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine assembly procedures and manufacturing processes.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that enhance customer relations.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in design and manufacturing operations.
Utilize analytical software and Autodesk Inventor for product design and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Design & Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in RF, Microwave, or Aerospace industries.
Strong knowledge of assembly processes, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance procedures.
Familiarity with Aerospace industry standards.
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and other analytical software tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relations.
